The WB10/15 series turbo pump is a new type of equipment for liquid pumping, delivering and pressurization, researched and developed by zibo Huake Gas Equipment Development Co., Ltd, based on the principle of turbocharger. The HKW10/15 series turbo pump is composed of two levels of pump chambers. Level one is high-speed centrifugal pump with large suction chamber, mainly to complete the suction function; level two is turbo pump with precise machining, mainly to complete pressurization and delivering function. Since the balanced structure is adopted for this kind of bipolar combination pump;therefore, when the pump's function of use is enhanced, its safety performance is also improved essentially, which can ensure the pump has no leakage during operation.
lts working principle is as follows: firstly, open the air release valve in level one suction pump chamber to reduce the pressure in the chamber; let the suction chamber filled with liquid from the storage tank (It is better to raise the suction pipe to a height which is higher than the suction chamber before it enters the suction port.) ;then close the air release valve and start up the motor. At this time, the pump starts to rotate at high speed. The liquid pre-suctioned in chamber will be lifted along the tangent line of the impeller and formed extrusion in the center of the impeller through suction, which will generate super strong attractive force to continuously pump out the liquid in the storage tank. The negative suction will push the air bubble, generated from partial vaporization caused by pumping in liquid, into the transitional dissipation pipe in the middle. Under the discharge pressure, the air bubbles inside the chamber are back to liquid again because it already reaches saturation pressure. Then the liquid will enter into the level two turbo pump chamber again for further compression and discharge. For other volumetric pumps, big noise, severe vibration and components damage caused by the crushed air bubbles when applying pressure will probably happen, which in turn will lead to frequent failure. However ,for this kind of pump, those failures will not happen, because the air bubbles inside already have been eliminated in advance.
